The Gizzi family have been pioneering unbeatably fresh, clean, and flavour packed ice cream for generations. Based in Scotland's central belt, Gizzi wanted to reinvent their identity and break away from tradition and competition, without losing the soul of their Scottish/Italian heritage.
Process
Purity of flavour, ingredients, and process is at the heart of Gizzi Ice Cream. We surveyed the competition and identified key visual trends: Vintage/Traditional, Italian National Colours, Hipster/Quirky and Family Friendly. We positioned Gizzi as a brand that is a Retro-Modern, forward thinking company that knows its roots. Keeping everything from messaging to design clean, simple and authentic and letting the product do the talking.
Outcomes
A fresh, comprehensive brand with no unnatural preservatives. Clean, simple and to the point. Branding, packaging, website development and photography included.
